Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is not permitted, and the Player accepts full responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.

To register and maintain an active account on jay 999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

This responsibility applies whether or not you personally initiated the activity in question. jay 999 treats all instructions received through your account as instructions from you, unless you have previously notified us in writing that your account credentials have been compromised.

Login Credentials

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. Account Monitoring

Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. jay 999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period, as described in the applicable fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Account balances will never be reduced below zero by inactivity fees.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and used exclusively for gaming purposes on the Platform.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Before processing your first withdrawal, or any withdrawal above a threshold set by jay 999's compliance team, you will be required to complete KYC identity verification.
• jay 999 targets same-day processing for verified bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST. Requests submitted after this time will be processed the following business day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take 1–3 business days to reflect in your bank account depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
• jay 999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual in size, frequency, or pattern, which may temporarily delay processing.

jay 999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In all cases, the terms of the specific promotion apply alongside these general rules, and in the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount of real-money wagers that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms and is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total).
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Seasonal and Special Promotions

In the event of a conflict between these general rules and any specific game rules, the specific game rules shall take precedence for that product category.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or casino game round, jay 999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error that produces an incorrect game outcome will be voided and not paid out. Players who suspect a technical error has occurred should contact support immediately via live chat.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jay 999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including deposited funds where fraud is confirmed), and reporting of the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment credentials, engaging in chargeback fraud, misrepresenting your identity, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. jay 999 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities under applicable AML regulations.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register on the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account, including through the use of different names, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Bonus Abuse: Using systematic, collusive, or automated methods to exploit bonus offers, including coordinating wagers with other players to guarantee returns regardless of game outcome.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform without direct human involvement.
• Match Manipulation: Placing bets on sporting events in connection with any scheme to manipulate the result of that event, or passing information about such schemes to third parties.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jay 999 staff or other players via any Platform communication channel.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the Platform's software or games for any purpose.
• Circumventing Security: Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security feature, age verification measure, or access control implemented on the Platform.

Both players and jay 999 have the right to close or suspend an account under the circumstances set out below.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your jay 999 account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, jay 999 will process any pending withdrawals of your remaining real-money balance to your verified payment account before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request permanent self-exclusion or a temporary cool-off period through the Account Settings panel or by contacting support. jay 999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation is suspected or confirmed.
• The player's account is subject to a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• The player's continued use of the Platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jay 999.
• The player has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or mobile financial service provider.

Where an account is closed by jay 999 due to confirmed fraud or a material breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including deposited funds — may be withheld pending investigation. jay 999 will notify the player of the reason for closure by email to their registered address, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jay 999 hereby excludes all liability for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or connected to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from wagering on casino games, sports markets, or any other betting product offered on the Platform, regardless of whether those losses were foreseeable.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, connectivity interruptions, or any failure of third-party software — including game provider platforms — that affects your ability to access or use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, statistics, odds, or content displayed on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute advice of any kind.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile financial service provider, or any third-party payment intermediary.
• Any indirect or consequential loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, even if jay 999 was advised of the possibility of such loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jay 999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jay 999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the jay 999 Platform. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described below.

Internal Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing any external legal remedy, players are required to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jay 999 through our internal dispute resolution process. To raise a formal dispute, contact the jay 999 support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and include your account username, a clear description of the issue, the relevant transaction reference numbers (if applicable), and the resolution you are seeking. jay 999 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Complaints Escalation

If you are not satisfied with jay 999's response to your formal dispute, you may escalate the complaint in writing within 30 days of receiving our response. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the jay 999 compliance team who was not involved in the original response. A final decision will be provided within 28 calendar days of the escalation submission.

Language of Proceedings

All dispute correspondence, formal complaints, and legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be conducted in English. Documents submitted in other languages must be accompanied by a certified English translation.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the jay 999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jay 999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
